If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
本次邀请也算是非常规邀请，只邀请了CEC经验类移民，联邦技术移民FSW和技工移民FST再次没有收到邀请。海尚出国认为加拿大政府估计是考虑到疫情的影响，境外申请人即使获得邀请，也无法登录加拿大，因此没有对境外的FSW申请人发出邀请，将移民的机会给与了在加拿大境内工作的CEC类申请人。因此这是加拿大境内的CEC申请人获得加拿大枫叶卡的好机会，切莫错过。
